Writing Writing Workshop - designed to provide those who are considering making their Wills with some basic understanding and information relating to Will writing.
Topics to be covered:
> How our assets will be distributed if we don’t have a valid Will written;
> What are some possible complications if we don’t have a valid Will written;
> Benefits of writing a Will;
> Information required for writing a Will;
> Pointers on:
1. appointing Executor/Trustee/Guardian;
2. preventing possible disputes;
3. preparing Schedule of Assets;
4. safe keeping of Wills;
5. probate application.
Our Workshop Fee:
- $25 per participant or
- $40 per couple (husband and wife).
