HDB prices continue to trudge upwards. In August 2023, the median price of a Central HDB went for $1.204 million. Marine Parade, an area known for HDBs offering great views of the sea, recorded a median price of $890,500 despite being very old. Executive flats in Clementi also recorded a high median price of $1.1 million.

In terms of future launches and sales, about 65 per cent of the developers polled in the Q1 2022 survey expect moderately more units to be launched in the next 6 months, while some 15 per cent anticipate a moderately lower number.
