Do you have a company in Estonia but no management board or managers of a branch locally in the country? According to Estonian law, it is mandatory to appoint a contact person to whom to deliver the procedural documents addressed to the company. Fondia Estonia has launched a service for covering the need for this kind of contact person, read more here!

The Commercial Code provides that if the management board of a company or managers of a branch of a company established in Estonia are located outside Estonia, it is mandatory to appoint a contact person to whom it is possible to deliver the procedural documents addressed to the company.
