بيان للرأي العام
*بشأن استهداف قوات الدعم السريع للمؤسسات المدنية والبنية التحتية*
تواصل قوات الدعم السريع ارتكاب الجرائم والانتهاكات الجسيمة في حق المدنيين، حيث أقدمت خلال الأيام الماضية على استهداف محولات الكهرباء، والمشافي، وتجمعات المواطنين الأبرياء في عدد من المناطق، في سلوك ممنهج ومتكرر يؤكد الطبيعة الإجرامية لهذه القوات.
إن استهداف المنشآت المدنية الحيوية، من مستشفيات ومحطات كهرباء وأسواق ومساكن، *يمثل خرقًا صريحًا لقواعد القانون الدولي الإنساني، ويُعد جريمة حرب وفقاً لاتفاقيات جنيف،* ويُظهر بوضوح نوايا هذه القوات في إفشال الحياة العامة، وتعميق معاناة المدنيين، وتدمير ما تبقى من البنية التحتية في البلاد.
وإزاء هذا التصعيد الخطير، نؤكد مجددًا على *مطالبتنا المتكررة للمجتمع الدولي، والمنظمات الإقليمية، ومجلس الأمن، بضرورة تصنيف قوات الدعم السريع كـ"قوات إرهابية"،* بالنظر إلى سلوكها الإجرامي المتكرر، واستهدافها الممنهج للمواطنين والبنية التحتية المدنية.
إن صمت المجتمع الدولي تجاه هذه الجرائم لا يعني إلا مزيدًا من الضحايا ومزيدًا من الدمار، لذا ندعو إلى تحرك عاجل لوقف هذه الانتهاكات، ومحاسبة المسؤولين عنها، وحماية المدنيين وفقًا للمواثيق الدولية.
المجد لشهدائنا، والشفاء لجرحانا، والنصر لشعبنا الصامد.

Public Statement
On the Targeting of Civilian Institutions and Infrastructure by the Rapid Support Forces
The Rapid Support Forces (RSF) continue to commit heinous crimes and grave violations against civilians. In recent days, they have deliberately targeted electric transformers, hospitals, and gatherings of innocent civilians in various areas, in a systematic and repeated pattern that confirms the criminal nature of these forces.
The targeting of vital civilian infrastructure—including hospitals, power stations, markets, and residential areas—constitutes a blatant violation of international humanitarian law, and is considered a war crime under the Geneva Conventions. These actions clearly demonstrate the RSF’s intent to disrupt public life, deepen civilian suffering, and destroy what remains of the country’s infrastructure.
In light of this dangerous escalation, we reiterate our repeated calls on the international community, regional organizations, and the United Nations Security Council to designate the Rapid Support Forces as a terrorist organization, due to their recurring criminal behavior and systematic targeting of civilians and civil infrastructure.
The continued silence of the international community in the face of these atrocities will only lead to more victims and greater devastation. We therefore call for urgent action to stop these violations, hold those responsible accountable, and protect civilians in accordance with international treaties and human rights norms.
Glory to our martyrs, healing to our wounded, and victory to our resilient people.
