يخوانا في اسرة كبيرة محبوسة في شمبات جنوب و ما معاهم عربية، عايزين بتاع هايس على الاقل يمشي يطلعهم من هناك، الناس ديل حرفياً بموتوا بالبطئ ليهم اسبوع لا كهرباء لا موية حرفيا ميتين من العطش و بعد دا الضرب فوقهم كان كعب شديد الليلة.

Having studied Human Rights Law, I feel compelled to express my deep sadness over the current situation in Sudan. The government, whose primary responsibility is to protect the rights of its citizens and uphold the law, is instead perpetrating egregious violations of those very same rights. The fundamental human rights to life, security, and freedom are being threatened and undermined by the actions of the Sudanese military and paramilitary forces. This constitutes a clear breach of international human rights laws and must be addressed immediately.

Our families in Sudan are living in constant fear for their lives and the lives of their loved ones. The lack of basic necessities such as electricity and water for two days, coupled with the difficulty of accessing necessary medical treatment, is intolerable. The destruction of the property without recourse to punitive remedies or compensation only adds to the suffering.

Every person has the right to live in peace and security, free from fear and oppression.
Therefore, the international community must take action to hold those responsible accountable for their actions, they should not stand by and watch as innocent civilians are subjected to such atrocities.

May Allah protect all of our families and loved ones in Sudan during this trying time. Let us stand together in solidarity and pray for salvation 🙏.

واجب على مجلس الادارة اعداد #دفاتر يسجل فيها الاتي:
١- اسامي اعضاء المجلس الحاضرين في اي اجتماع يعقده او اي لجنة من اعضائه.
٢- القرارات و الاجراءات في جميع اجتماعات المجلس و لجانه و لابد من الاعضاء الحاضرين التوقيع في دفتر الاجتماعات المحضر للغرض دا.
٣- اسامي و بيانات كافية عن الموظفين البعينهم المجلس.

** في حالة خالف المجلس الاحكام دي، يعد مرتكب مخالفة و يكون عرضة للجزاء 👇🏻 **

The Board is obligated to uphold precise records of its meetings and committees in specifically designated volumes. Said volumes ought to encompass the following information:

1- The identities of all board members in attendance at any given meeting or committee.
2- The resolutions and protocols established during all board and committee meetings. Every board member present must affix their signature to the book.
3- Adequate data concerning employees selected by the board, including their names.

Neglecting to adhere to these provisions shall constitute a transgression, and shall be subject to penalties.

If any company that has been incorporated outside the Republic of Sudan intends to operate within its jurisdiction, it is required to register a branch within the country. The registration process is subject to certain conditions that must be followed, including the following:
- The branch must ensure that its activities are in line with the objectives of the company registered outside the Republic of Sudan.
- The branch is obliged to deposit its annual budget in accordance with generally accepted accounting standards and systems, and the budget should be submitted in either Arabic or English.

اي شركة لابد ان يكون عندها مجلس ادارة مكون من #شخصين على الاقل، و واحد فيهم لازم يكون شخص طبيعي (بني أدم 🤣 يعني).
و لازم يكون واحد من اعضاء المجلس على الاقل مقيم بالسودان 👌🏻.

It is required that every company establish a board of directors composed of no less than , with one member being a .
Moreover, at least one member of the board must be a of the Republic of .

ما بجوز ليك تسجل الشركة بتاعتك باسم هو اساسا اسم تابع لشركة تانية، او اسم شراكة، او اسم عمل، مسجل في السودان، حاول دايما خلي اسم شركتك يكون مميز ✋🏼

A corporation May not be registered in the Republic of Sudan under the same name as another company, partnership, or business name.

ممكن الشركة بعد ما تتسجل، انو #تجيز اي عقد ابرمتو باسمها قبل ما تتسجل، و العقود دي بتصبح ملزمة زيها و زي كأنو الشركة دي كانت موجودة و مسجلة وقت ابرام العقد دا و كانت طرف فيه ✋🏼.

The company may authorize, after its registration, any contract concluded in its name before its registration, and then these contracts become binding, as if the company existed on the date of conclusion of the contract and was a party to it.
