Основні пункти петиції:
✅ єдність позиції правників усього світу щодо засудження війни та агресії проти України;
✅ війна проти України є грубим, неприйнятним і невиправданим порушенням Статуту Організації Об’єднаних Націй та принципу верховенства права;
✅ вимога до керівництва РФ негайно припинити війну проти України;
✅ підтримка створення Спеціального трибуналу для розслідування актів агресії керівництва РФ та РБ та їх прибічників.

Тільки спільними зусиллями ми можемо зупинити агресора!

📢Ukrainian Bar Association urges the entire legal community worldwide to sign a petition on protection of the rule of law and human rights: https://cutt.ly/mAQxS3m

The petition primarily urges lawyers to:
✅ join the legal community worldwide in condemnation of the war and aggression against Ukraine;
✅ agree that the war against Ukraine is a flagrant, unacceptable and non-justifiable breach of the Charter of the United Nations, and of the rule of law;
✅ urge the leadership of the Russian Federation to immediately stop the war against Ukraine;
✅ support establishment of the Special Tribunal for prosecution of the crime of aggression against Ukraine by the leadership of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus, and their supporters.

Only together can we stop the aggressor!
