As Business Services organizations continue to expand and diversify their operations, access to modern office infrastructure remains an important location-selection criterion.
According to the Business Services Comparative Analysis 2025, Romania offers approximately 4.5 million sqm of modern office stock, including more than 3.4 million sqm in Bucharest, one of the largest office markets in Central and Eastern Europe. Beyond the capital, cities such as Cluj-Napoca, Timișoara, Iași and Brașov continue to strengthen their position as established Business Services destinations.
The report also highlights Romania's ability to support future expansion through a diversified urban network, with 10 cities exceeding 200,000 inhabitants and several additional regional centres capable of accommodating new Business Services investments.
For companies planning long-term growth, the availability of modern office space, together with a broad geographic footprint, provides both operational flexibility and room to scale.
