Join us for an insightful workshop titled:
“Comparative Law in Judicial Decision-Making – How do courts use comparative law in judicial decision-making, and should they rely on foreign judgments?”
Hosted by AFG College with the University of Aberdeen, this workshop will be delivered by our Senior Legal Consultant, Ms. Sylvana Matar, and will explore the growing role of comparative law in modern judicial decision-making. The workshop will also feature academic involvement from Ms. Maha Ammar.
Participants will examine real-world case studies, compare approaches across different legal systems, and discuss the opportunities and challenges associated with relying on foreign jurisprudence in domestic courts.
