هل تعلم
أنَّ كل منْ تقاعسَ عمداً عن مساعدة منْ يتهددهُ خطر مُحدق في نفسهِ أو ماله، رغمَ قدرتهِ على تقديم المساعدة، وكان الخطر ناتجاً عنْ كارثة عامة، فإنهُ يُعاقب بالحبسِ مدة لا تُجاوز ثلاث سنوات، وبالغرامةِ التي لا تزيد على عشرة آلاف ريال، أو بإحدى هاتين العقوبتين، ما لمْ يكنْ تقديم المساعدة يعرضهُ للخطر.
(مادة (187) من قانون العقوبات القطري رقم 11 لسنة 2004)

تعتبر وثيقة النقل البحري بمثابة إثبات حيازة للمنقولات محل عقد النقل، ومنْ ثمَّ يجوز تداولها مثلها كمثل الأوراق التجارية، ومنْ ثمَّ فإذا كانتْ الوثيقة اسمية يتم تداولها وفقاً لقواعد وأحكام الحوالة المدنية، وإنْ كانت لأمر يتم تداولها بالتظهير، وبالمناولة إن كانت وثيقة النقل لحاملة.
(مادة (171) من قانون التجارة القطري رقم 27 لسنة 2006)

يلتزمُ الناقل البحري بسلوكِ الطريقُ المتفقُ عليهِ مع المُرْسِل، وفي حال لمْ يتم الاتفاق على طريقٍ مُحدد فإنَّ الناقل يلتزم بسلوكِ الطريق الذي جرى العرف على سلوكه، فإذا سلك الناقل طريقاً مخالفاً لما أتفق عليهِ يتحمل تبعة هلاك البضائع والتعويض إذا كانَ لهُ مقتضى، ما لم يُثبتْ أنْ الضرورة منْ ألجأتهُ إلى سلوك طريق مغاير.
(مادة (181) من قانون التجارة القطري رقم 28 لسنة 2006)
