✨ One of the best positioned villas on my favourite resort! ✨

As always, I have a soft spot for Santo António Golf Resort, and this one really does have one of those locations that’s hard to beat. 💙

Set right on the 18th green, just a stone’s throw from the clubhouse, with beautiful views stretching out towards the Atlantic Ocean, this four-bedroom villa sits on a generous 1,200m² plot surrounded by mature, private gardens.

And it’s not just about the views…

⛳ Direct golf frontage with a private gate onto the course
🌊 Atlantic Ocean views
🏡 4 bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms
🏊‍♀️ Large private swimming pool
🌿 Beautiful established gardens
🍽️ Outdoor kitchen, BBQ & covered dining area
🔥 Traditional fireplace & plenty of Algarve character

I particularly love this villa because of how open and connected the living spaces feel, creating such a wonderfully social, warm and welcoming atmosphere!

And if you’re a golfer, or even if you’re not, there’s something pretty cool about being able to open your garden gate and step straight onto the golf course! 🌿☀️

It’s always a privilege when clients place their trust in you time and time again. Congratulations to both the buyers and sellers, and thank you for allowing me to be part of another successful chapter. 🤍

🏡 Tucked away in the charming village of Almádena, just minutes from Praia da Luz and Burgau, this character-filled 4-bedroom home offers an abundance of space and natural light. ✨

Set on an easy-to-maintain 231m² plot, the villa has been thoughtfully updated over the years, including the electrics and plumbing, and features generous living spaces. The expansive open-plan living and dining area, created from the former garage, is perfect for family life and entertaining.

In my opinion, this is a fantastic family home, but it has also proven itself as a successful investment, previously holding an AL licence and generating a healthy rental income.

Step outside to sunny terraces that wrap around a private swimming pool, creating the perfect space to relax, entertain, and enjoy the Algarve sunshine.

Located in a peaceful residential area, you’re just a short drive from beautiful beaches, renowned golf courses, local restaurants, Lagos, and all the amenities you need.

✨ While the photos give you a glimpse, they simply don’t do this home justice. The natural light, spacious layout, and welcoming atmosphere are something you really need to experience in person.

If you’re searching for a family villa in one of the Western Algarve’s most desirable locations, this could be the one.

🚨 SOLD in just 2 weeks! 🚨

After sitting on the market with other agencies for several months, the owners gave me the opportunity to market their home… and within just TWO WEEKS, we had agreed a sale! 🎉🏡

The buyers were a lovely young family (introduced to the property by my fantastic colleague Laura) who had almost given up on finding their perfect first home in the West Algarve until finding this one ❤️

✨ The difference?
✔️ Correct pricing
✔️ Professional marketing
✔️ Local knowledge
✔️ An agent who genuinely knows and loves the West Algarve

🏡 If you’re thinking of selling in Salema, Burgau, Budens, Figueira or the surrounding West Algarve, I’d be happy to provide a free, honest, no-obligation property valuation and talk you through the current market.

Whether you’re ready to sell now or just curious about what your property could be worth, feel free to get in touch, I’m always happy to help!
