When it comes to our listed properties, we know what we are talking about, we are legally contracted by the owners and have their permission to sell their properties. We check that all the necessary paperwork is in order. We do, of course, recommend that anybody buying a property abroad uses the services of a legally registered Real Estate lawyer (called an Advogado here). We are happy to recommend English speaking, qualified Advogados (and of course you are free to find your own). We are happy to help you find local tradespersons, qualified electricians, plumbers etc. We know many good quality, reliable and English speaking tradespeople. We can also help you with opening your bank account, getting your water, electric and other services connected. We know this is a big step and believe us, many of us have made the move as well. We understand that to start it might appear a bit confusing or daunting and of course exciting! But we are happy to hold your hand, we are here to help and advise, to guide you through the process.
