We are seeking to hire a Corporate Associate to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in Ramallah

Role Description:
This is a full-time Corporate Associate position based on-site at ATTEREH's offices in Ramallah. The Corporate Associate will be responsible for drafting and reviewing legal documents, managing corporate transactions, advising clients on legal matters related to business operations, and ensuring compliance with local regulations. Additional responsibilities include conducting research on pertinent legal and regulatory frameworks, assisting in dispute resolution, and working closely with internal teams and clients to achieve organizational objectives.

Qualifications:
· Strong legal research and analytical skills
· Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts or other corporate documents
· Proficiency in providing legal advisory on commercial and business law matters
· Excellent communication, client management, and interpersonal skills
· Attention to detail and high standards for accuracy and thoroughness in work
· Ability to work effectively in an on-site, team-oriented environment
· Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Law (LLB or equivalent); advanced degrees or certifications are a plus
· Familiarity with legal frameworks and business regulations within the West Bank is highly desirable
· Proficiency in Arabic and English is required; additional language skills are an advantage

• مهارات عالية في التفاوض وإدارة الوقت.
• القدرة على صياغة مراسلات رسمية واستعمال البريد الالكتروني
• قدرة على تحمل ضغط العمل والعمل ضمن فريق.
