📍 Place of work: Sosnowiec 15a, 95-010 Stryków Spedimex Sp.
Schedule:
two shifts of 12 hours
18:00–6:00
6:00–18:00
5-6 days a week (Mon-Sat)
15 min break every 4 hours
*there are changes in shifts, weekends are possible in the middle of the week and vice versa; working hours may vary depending on the number of orders in the warehouse.
💵💵💵Salary:
PLN 24.61/hour – after 26 years.
PLN 30.50/hour net – up to 26 years.
Salary accrual from the 20th of the current month for the previous month worked.
Advance payment:
After 5 days worked, you can take an advance payment of either PLN 100 per week or PLN 200 for 2 weeks.
Police School (Policealna Szkoła):
If you are under 26 years old, you have the opportunity to receive a higher rate. To do this, you need student status in Poland. If you are not a student, but want to receive more, you need:
Original certificate and supplement to the certificate from school (11 grades - complete secondary education).
If you are in Poland and cannot provide a certificate, then a photo/copy.
You need these documents to register with the Police School in order to have student status, with which you will receive a higher rate.
The cost of registering with the school is PLN 300 from the first salary. PLN 200 will be deducted from each subsequent month - so that the rate is from PLN 30.50 per hour.
School visits 2 times a month on weekends.
We provide free transportation to the school.
* If you have your own school, the rate is PLN 30.50/hour net (subject to confirmation of studies each month)
Responsibilities:
repacking clothes and checking integrity,
working while standing in one place,
sticking stickers/labels,
quality control,
forming online orders.
🚘 Transportation - we provide free transportation.
Charge – PLN 150 for work clothes (overalls, shoes with a metal toe and a vest), once from the salary.
🏠 Accommodation:
Employees live in rooms for 2-3 people.
PLN 15/day.
There is everything you need for living and relaxing, a refrigerator, a washing machine, wi-fi.
Surcharge for own housing – PLN 1 gross.
ℹ️ Additional information:
The first working day is BHP day (occupational safety) and instruction and training are conducted.
Everyone receives a key to a locker in the locker room. and a locker in the kitchen.
There is a canteen on the warehouse territory, you can bring your own food. There are vending machines with food and coffee and drinks.
Coolers with drinking water are placed throughout the warehouse.
Catering comes every day (brings delicious hot lunches – for a fee).
