Thirty-five years ago, A&O Shearman opened its doors in Warsaw, at a time when Poland was embarking on a remarkable economic transformation. Over the decades, we have had the privilege of growing alongside our clients, our city and the wider CEE region, becoming part of many of the developments that have helped shape today's business landscape.
As Poland and the wider CEE region have grown in scale, confidence and international relevance, our Warsaw office has grown alongside them. Today, it plays an important role within A&O Shearman’s global platform, combining deep local insight with the reach and capabilities of a global firm.
What truly sets us apart, however, is our people. Their expertise, judgement, ambition and commitment to clients, colleagues and the wider community have been at the heart of our success for the past 35 years and will continue to shape our future for many more to come.
As we celebrate this milestone, we are grateful to everyone who has been part of our journey and excited about the opportunities ahead.
