In the January-February and March-April issues of "Finanse i Controlling" magazine (No 73/2021, 74/2021) has published an article, whose authors are: Bartosz Siekacz, attorney at law, and Dariusz Stronka, PhD (DCF Dotacje-Consulting-Finanse).
This article is divided into two parts and is entitled "Takeovers as a way to increase company value in times of crisis".
The first part discusses the objectives pursued by enterprises by acquiring other entities and identifies the reasons for selling the enterprise. The process of conducting due diligence and valuation of the entity was also described.
The second part of the article describes the purchase of 100% shares of a company from the tools industry by another Polish company operating in the same sector.
