According to today's decision by the Constitutional Tribunal Mr Adam Bodnar will no longer be able to perform his function, even though a new Ombudsman was not yet elected.
Huge thanks to our Ombudsman, Adam Bodnar, a man of great character, for his professionalism and his true and relentless involvement in defending human rights and liberties.

Sad news about the situation of asylum seekers in Poland. Push-backs on the border, deportations during state of epidemics (irrespective of borders being closed), undermining credibility of those seeking asylum, including victims of torture. We strongly believe this should not be happening.
