قانون کی بات جانیے،

سپریم کورٹ نے قرار دیا ہے کہ وہ تمام جرائم جن کی سزا سات سال سے زیادہ نہ ہو یا جو ممنوعہ زمرے میں شامل نہ ہوں، ان میں ضمانت ملزم کا حق ہے۔

The Supreme Court has ruled that in all crimes where the punishment does not exceed seven years or does not fall under the prohibitory clause, bail is the right of the accused.

سپريم ڪورٽ فيصلو ڪيو آهي ته اهي سڀئي ڏوھَ جن جي سزا ستن سالن کان وڌيڪ نه هجي يا جيڪي منع ٿيل درجي ۾ شامل نه هجن، انهن ۾ ضمانت جوابدار جو حق آهي۔

قانون کی بات جانیے،

سپریم کورٹ نے اپنے حالیہ فیصلے میں واضح کیا ہے کہ پنشن ملازم کا تسلیم شدہ حق ہے، یہ کسی قسم کی خیرات نہیں۔ حکومت یا کسی بھی ادارے کو یہ اختیار نہیں کہ وہ ملازمین کی پنشن بند کرے۔ یہ فیصلہ پنشن کے حق کو محفوظ بنانے کے لیے ایک اہم اقدام ہے۔

The Supreme Court, in its recent decision, has declared that pension is a recognized right of employees and not a form of charity. No government or institution has the authority to suspend employees' pensions. This decision is a significant step toward safeguarding pension rights.

سپريم ڪورٽ پنهنجي تازو فيصلي ۾ واضح ڪيو آهي ته پنشن ملازم جو تسليم ٿيل حق آهي، هي ڪا خيرات ناهي. حڪومت يا ڪنهن به اداري کي اهو اختيار ناهي ته ملازمن جي پنشن بند ڪري. اهو فيصلو پنشن جي حق جي تحفظ لاءِ اهم قدم آهي.

قانون کی بات جانیے،
Urdu:
دورانِ طلاق عدت، اگر شوہر فوت ہو جائے تو بیوی کو بیوہ شمار کیا جائے گا اور وہ وراثت میں حصہ لینے کی حق دار ہوگی۔

English:
During the waiting period (iddat) after divorce, if the husband passes away, the wife will be considered a widow and will be entitled to inheritance.

Sindhi:
طلاق جي عدت دوران، جيڪڏهن مڙس فوت ٿي وڃي، ته زال کي بيواهه شمار ڪيو ويندو ۽ هوءَ وراثت ۾ حصي جي حقدار هوندي۔

Urdu: "اگر ایک مشترکہ مالک دوسرے مالک کی اجازت یا مرضی کے بغیر زمین پر کوئی تعمیر کر رہا ہو یا ایک مالک زمین کے مہنگے حصے پر قبضہ کرنا چاہے تو ایسی صورت میں دوسرا مالک اس کے خلاف مقدمہ دائر کر سکتا ہے۔

کسی شخص کے موٹر سائیکل یا کار کے ٹائر کی ہوا نکالنا ایک قانونی جرم ہے جس کی سزا ایک ماہ قید اور جرمانہ ہے۔ اس کا ذکر موٹر وہیکل آرڈیننس 1965 کی دفعہ 110 میں کیا گیا ہے۔
