Our inaugural case! Thanks to Allah Almighty, our team member waa successful in securing acquittal of two individuals wrongly accused under Sections 324, 148, and 149. The complainant wielded influence, complicating matters. Despite reaching a compromise on January 5, 2022, the court delayed acquittal because the complainant, a person of influence, failed to appear for the compromise statement. Being from a lower middle class, accused were unable to afford legal representation resultantly prolonging their case. Upon discovering "Dast e Insaf", they sought our assistance. Almost 1.5 years later, our team member accompanied them, and on the first hearing, they were finally acquitted. We extend our best wishes to them for their future endeavors.
