Power of positivity.
The article starts with a story which I had collected from my archive __ post that few lines tried my best to write in a rhyme form – but I am not so qualified in that, but one of my best connect whom I don't hesitate in referring here the way she writes the rhymes is Paula Goodman.
Read it as a story and I would be truly grateful in having your thoughts | your feedback.
Story goes in this way ;
One day a crow living his life very happily with his family, until in the monsoon he saw a peacock dancing in the forest close to his nest. The crow after watching him dancing in the rain felt very jealous as he also wanted to be as beautiful and happy as peacock. His contentment & his beauty could not compare to that of the peacock – so suddenly crow got an idea. {A Clever Crow}
The idea was – every day I will watch this peacock dancing and whenever any of his feathers will fall down – I will pick that and store with me & when I will have enough feathers in my stock --- I will stick all of them on my tail and I will also become as beautiful as peacock. {A Clever Crow}
{A Clever Crow} who are in nature short-tempered __ Now the grumpy crow followed the peacock wherever he went and kept picking up each and every feather of peacock which was dropping down.
Finally, a day came when crow thought he had enough feathers been collected – so he started sticking them inside his own feathers and started feeling like peacock and started dancing in joy. [A Clever Crow}
Crow started feeling so happy and feeling his beauty – and started comparing himself with peacock.
One fine day crow went in the search of the peacock and saw same peacock with the group of other peacocks, dancing to their best. He felt even now more jealous, but with his new feathers stuck with his own feathers made him join them and dance with them in joy.
The peacocks suddenly seeing him realized that he was not one of them and all of them stopped dancing and said to him ; Why are you acting like a peacock ?
The crow answered back – you all are so beautiful | so happy | so nicely dancing, so I also want to be like you.
One of the senior peacock replied back ; all of us have certain special qualities. You may not look or act like us, but, you have so many gifts given by God to you. You are Intelligent | sharp minded | you act fast, think fast etc.
Hearing all this crow went back to his nest and joined his family and friends there. The oldest of the crow sitting there said to him, my Son, I know you are upset and you have learned an important lesson.
Listen, said the old crow you do not look like a peacock, but, you are special in your own way.
Be Yourself & Be Happy with Who You are & with what You are Blessed with --- that’s the only way to be truly happy.
Now here are the few lines written which in a way is somewhere a moral of this short story.
In whole Universe – Words are the only one thing where purity and venom stay together.
If anyone can hurt you much in a deep manner are the words spoken in bliss and bad words can give a moment of grief.
Words spoken can’t be brought back at all _ as the feathers collected and kept can go away | fly away, when the storm will come.
Words needs to be in your own control – Words reflect your thought process and Actions reflect your personality.
People who try to sn**ch happiness of others will remain empty handed at the end of their own journey.
Don’t watch the clock for the time only _ Watch the clock what actually it does ---- Keeps Walking.
Live in present nor in future – Present gives peace and happiness & thinking and planning about future gives sorrows and NO guarantee to anything you think or plan.
