My Fiverr account has suddenly disappeared, and I can’t log in or access the support form. I kindly request your team to review my case.
Please check my previous Fiverr emails you will see that my gigs were paused because I was inactive for some time (around two years). Recently, I tried to log in again to continue my work. My main service is Amazon account reinstatement, which often requires reviewing client Amazon accounts and writing appeal letters on their behalf.
During a chat with a client, I asked for a Zoom link to discuss the details but I never clicked on it or went off-platform. You can also verify from my past messages that I previously mentioned Zoom and my account remained active then. I truly believe this was a misunderstanding caused by my work nature.
I’m a professional lawyer, and I hold all the relevant certifications. I have always respected Fiverr’s policies and will make sure to keep all communication strictly on Fiverr moving forward.
Please kindly review my account and consider reactivating it. I’ve worked hard to build my Fiverr presence and would be very grateful for another chance.
