On the auspicious occasion of the 79th Independence Day of Pakistan, I extend my heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to the entire Pakistani nation, particularly the people of Azad Jammu & Kashmir.

This day reminds us of the historic struggle, sacrifices, and unwavering determination that led to the creation of Pakistan. The people of Azad Jammu & Kashmir share an inseparable bond of love, brotherhood, and solidarity with the people of Pakistan. We also express our unwavering solidarity with our brothers and sisters in Indian-occupied Jammu & Kashmir, who continue their peaceful struggle for their fundamental right to self-determination. We remain hopeful that the people of Kashmir will one day realize their aspirations in accordance with their own will.

The vision of Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah and the dream envisioned by Allama Muhammad Iqbal, himself of Kashmiri origin, continue to inspire us. For us, the true fulfillment of this vision lies in a peaceful resolution of the Kashmir dispute and the realization of the aspirations of the Kashmiri people.

On this historic occasion, I also pay tribute to Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah, a distinguished lawyer, statesman, and the founding father of Pakistan. His remarkable achievement demonstrates the extraordinary role that the legal fraternity can play in shaping history and building nations. It is a matter of immense pride for lawyers across the world that a distinguished member of the legal profession led the struggle that resulted in the creation of Pakistan.

Pakistan continues to play an important role in promoting regional and global peace, stability, and security. We welcome and appreciate initiatives aimed at strengthening cooperation, collective security, and peace among brotherly and friendly nations.

On this Independence Day, I pay my deepest tribute to the Shuhada and Ghazis of Pakistan and express solidarity with their families. Their sacrifices remind us that patriotism is not merely a sentiment; it is a commitment to the country and a willingness to serve and sacrifice whenever the nation requires.

May Allah Almighty bless Pakistan with peace, prosperity, unity, and strength, and may the aspirations of the people of Jammu & Kashmir be fulfilled.

آج نیشنل پریس کلب اسلام آباد میں ، وائس چیئرمین آزاد جموں و کشمیر بار کونسل ہارون ریاض مغل ، صدر سنٹرل بار ایسوسی ایشن مظفرآباد راجہ ضیغم افتخار ایڈووکیٹ اور سیکرٹری جنرل سنٹرل بار ایسوسی ایشن مظفرآباد مرتضیٰ احمد میر ایڈووکیٹ نے آزاد جموں و کشمیر کی موجودہ صورتحال کے حوالے سے ایک مشترکہ پریس کانفرنس سے خطاب کیا۔

پریس کانفرنس سے خطاب کرتے ہوئے مقررین نے حالیہ واقعات پر گہری تشویش اور افسوس کا اظہار کرتے ہوئے قیمتی انسانی جانوں کے ضیاع اور زخمی ہونے والے افراد کے ساتھ مکمل یکجہتی کا اظہار کیا۔ انہوں نے متاثرہ خاندانوں سے دلی ہمدردی اور تعزیت کا اظہار کرتے ہوئے زخمیوں کی جلد صحت یابی کے لیے دعا کی۔

بار نمائندگان نے اس امر پر زور دیا کہ موجودہ حالات میں تمام متعلقہ فریقین کو صبر، تحمل، بردباری اور ذمہ داری کا مظاہرہ کرنا چاہیے۔ انہوں نے عوام الناس سے اپیل کی کہ وہ امن و امان کی فضا کو برقرار رکھنے میں اپنا کردار ادا کریں، قانون کو ہاتھ میں لینے سے گریز کریں اور ہر قسم کے ردعمل کا اظہار پرامن اور آئینی طریقے سے کریں۔

پریس کانفرنس میں سکیورٹی فورسز اور قانون نافذ کرنے والے اداروں سے بھی درخواست کی گئی کہ وہ حالات کی نزاکت کو مدنظر رکھتے ہوئے زیادہ سے زیادہ تحمل اور ضبط کا مظاہرہ کریں تاکہ مزید کسی ناخوشگوار صورتحال سے بچا جا سکے۔

بار قیادت نے اس بات پر زور دیا کہ تمام مسائل اور اختلافات کا پائیدار حل صرف مذاکرات، مشاورت اور آئینی و قانونی ذرائع کے ذریعے ہی ممکن ہے۔ اس لیے تمام متعلقہ فریقین کو مذاکرات کی میز پر آنا چاہیے اور باہمی افہام و تفہیم کے ذریعے مسئلہ کا پرامن حل تلاش کرنا چاہیے۔

انہوں نے حکومت اور متعلقہ اداروں پر زور دیا کہ وہ عوامی جذبات، تحفظات اور مطالبات کو سنجیدگی سے سنیں اور ایسے اقدامات اختیار کریں جو امن، استحکام، انصاف اور قانون کی بالادستی کے فروغ کا باعث بنیں۔

بار قیادت نے اس عزم کا اعادہ کیا کہ وکلاء برادری ہر حال میں آئین، قانون کی حکمرانی، بنیادی انسانی حقوق اور جمہوری اقدار کے تحفظ کے لیے اپنا مثبت اور تعمیری کردار ادا کرتی رہے گی۔

The Central Bar Association Muzaffarabad expresses its profound grief and sorrow over the tragic loss of precious human lives and the injuries sustained during the recent unfortunate incidents in Rawalakot, Azad Jammu & Kashmir.

The legal fraternity of Muzaffarabad extends its heartfelt condolences to the bereaved families and prays for the speedy recovery of all those who have been injured. The loss of human life under any circumstances is deeply painful and calls for collective reflection, responsibility, and adherence to the rule of law.

The Central Bar Association Muzaffarabad firmly believes that matters of public concern and grievances should always be addressed through constitutional, democratic, and lawful means. Dialogue, consultation, and mutual understanding remain the most effective tools for resolving differences and safeguarding public interest.

The Association urges all stakeholders to exercise patience, restraint, and wisdom and to work towards maintaining peace, stability, and social harmony in Azad Jammu & Kashmir. At the same time, it calls upon the competent authorities to conduct a fair, impartial, and transparent inquiry into the incident, ascertain the facts, fix responsibility where warranted, and ensure that justice is administered strictly in accordance with law.

The Central Bar Association Muzaffarabad reaffirms its unwavering commitment to the Constitution, independence of the judiciary, supremacy of law, protection of fundamental rights, and the promotion of democratic values. The Association stands in solidarity with the affected families and appeals to all concerned to contribute towards peace, unity, and the strengthening of legal and constitutional institutions.

آزاد کشمیر بار کونسل،سنٹرل پریس کلب اور سنٹرل بار ایسو سی ایشن مظفرآباد کا حکومت آزاد کشمیر اور عوامی جائنٹ ایکشن کمیٹی سے مذاکرت دوبارہ شروع کرنے کا مطالبہ اور ثالثی کی پیشکش،عوام کے جان ومال کے تحفظ کے لیے ددطرفہ سنجیدہ کوششوں کی ضرورت ہے۔ریاست ماں کی طرح ہے جس پر زیاہ بھاری ذمہ داریاں عائد ہو تی ہیں۔اس امر کا اظہار آزاد جموں و کشمیر بار کونسل کے وائس چیئرمین ہارون ریاض ایڈووکیٹ،صدر سنٹرل پریس کلب سہیل مغل،صدر سنٹرل بار ایسو سی ایشن راجہ ضیغم افتخار اور معروف صحافی وتجزیہ نگار سید خالد گردیزی نے گزشتہ روزطویل مشاورتی نشست کے بعد سنٹرل پریس کلب مظفرآباد میں مشترکہ پریس کانفرنس سے خطاب کرتے ہوئے کیا۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ گزشتہ احتجاج میں انسانی جانوں اور املاک کو نقصان پہنچا اب دوبارہ ریاست اس کی متحمل نہیں ہو سکتی۔حکومت آزاد کشمیر اور عوامی ایکشن کمیٹی ڈیڈ لاک ختم کرتے ہوئے بامقصد مذاکرات کا راستہ ہموار کریں۔کسی بھی قسم کے مسائل کا حل صرف مذاکرتی عمل میں ہی مضمر ہے۔حکومت اور ایکشن کمیٹی روایوں میں نرمی لاتے ہوئے عوامی مفاد کے پیش نظر مل بیٹھیں۔اس سلسلہ میں آزاد کشمیر بار کونسل،سنٹرل پریس کلب مظفرآباد اور سنٹرل بار ایسو سی ایشن مظفرآباد تمام اضلاع میں اپنا کردار ادا کرنے کے لیے تیار ہیں اور آزاد کشمیر بھر میں وکلاء اور صحافتی برداری کے نمائندے موجود ہیں جو موجودہ صورتحال کی سنگینی کو سمجھتے ہوئے اس امر کی ضرورت محسوس کرتے ہیں کہ مل بیٹھ کر مسائل کا حل تلاش کیا جائے۔یہ وقت ایک دوسرے کو غلط ثابت کرنے کا نہیں بلکہ انسانی جانوں،سرکاری ونجی املاک کے تحفظ کو یقینی بنانے کے لیے سنجیدہ طرز عمل ضروری ہے۔انہوں نے کہا کہ وفاقی حکومت کو چاہیے کہ ایک دفعہ پھر مذاکراتی کمیٹی تشکیل دے کر مطالبات کے حل کے لیے درمیانی راستہ نکالا جائے۔انہوں نے کہا کہ بار کونسل، سنٹرل پریس کلب اور سنٹرل بار ایسوسی ایشن کے نمائندوں نے ایک بار پھر حکومت آزاد کشمیر، عوامی ایکشن کمیٹی اور وفاقی حکومت سے اپیل کی کہ وہ عوام کے وسیع تر مفاد، خطے کے امن اور جمہوری اقدار کے تحفظ کے لیے فوری طور پر مذاکراتی عمل بحال کریں اور موجودہ کشیدہ صورتحال کو افہام و تفہیم کے ذریعے حل کرنے کے لیے عملی اقدامات اٹھائیں۔ ریاستی ادارے اور فورسز بھی اسی معاشرے کا حصہ ہیں جبکہ عوام بھی ریاست کی اصل طاقت ہیں، اس لیے دونوں کو آمنے سامنے لانے سے گریز کیا جانا چاہیے۔ ”فورسز بھی ہماری ہیں اور عوام بھی ہمارے اپنے ہیں، لہٰذا کسی بھی ایسے ماحول سے بچنا ضروری ہے جو تصادم کو جنم دے۔ تمام اختلافات اور مسائل کا حل صرف مذاکرات، برداشت اور باہمی احترام کے ذریعے ہی ممکن ہے۔“ یہ وقت ایک دوسرے کو غلط ثابت کرنے یا سیاسی پوائنٹ اسکورنگ کا نہیں بلکہ انسانی جانوں، عوامی مفادات اور سرکاری و نجی املاک کے تحفظ کو یقینی بنانے کے لیے سنجیدہ اور ذمہ دارانہ طرزِ عمل اختیار کرنے کا ہے۔ تمام متعلقہ فریقین ایک میز پر بیٹھ کر مسائل کا قابل قبول حل تلاش کریں تاکہ خطے میں امن، استحکام اور قانون کی حکمرانی برقرار رہے۔ دنیا بھر میں پیچیدہ سیاسی اور عوامی مسائل کا حل مذاکرات اور افہام و تفہیم کے ذریعے ہی ممکن بنایا جاتا ہے، اس لیے تصادم کے بجائے مکالمے کو فروغ دینا وقت کی اہم ترین ضرورت ہے۔حکومت اور عوامی ایکشن کمیٹی کے درمیان مصالحتی کمیٹی میں ٹی وی جے کے صدر آصف رضا میر،سابق سیکرٹری جنرل سنٹرل پریس کلب بشارت مغل،مرتضی احمد میر سیکرٹری جنرل سنٹرل بار سمیت آزاد کشمیر بھر کے صحافی اور وکلاء برداری کردار ادا کرے گی۔
