The Pakistan Bar Council convened an official meeting of all Provincial Bar Councils, the Azad Jammu and Kashmir Bar Council, Supreme Court Bar Association , and High Court Bar Associations of Pakistan at the Supreme Court of Pakistan Building to discuss various issues concerning the legal fraternity, during which several important decisions were taken.

An official meeting was held between the Honourable Chief Justice of Pakistan and the representatives of all Provincial Bar Councils, including the AJK Bar Council. The AJK Bar Council was represented by Aqab Ahmed Hashmi Advocate, Ex Vice Chairman AJK Bar Council, and Ch. Wasim Sabir Advocate, Chairman Executive Committee, AJK Bar Council. The meeting was conducted in a professional and dignified atmosphere to discuss matters concerning the legal fraternity and the administration of justice in the country.
