ACIF arranged a workshop on "INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS PROTECTION IN PAKISTAN" in collaboration with Commercial Law Development Program USA (CLDP), USAID, Continuing Legal Education Institute of Pakistan (CLEIP) United States Patents and Trading Office USA (USPTO). US Counsel General at Karachi was the chief guest at the event.

On World IP Day, IPR Enforcement Cell, Pakistan Customs, arranged a destruction ceremony to destroy all counterfeit stocks confiscated by them on the port. Member Customs Dr Jawad Awais Agha was the Chief Guest and ACIF members were specially invited to attend this event. Chairman ACIF, Mr. Arshad Saeed attended the event along with other members and appreciated the effort of IPR Enforcement Cell of Pakistan Customs
