فیڈرل بورڈ آف ریونیو نے ایک مرتبہ دوبارہ تمام پرانے اور نئے ٹیکس گزاروں سے اپیل کی ہے کہ وہ انکم ٹیکس گوشوارے داخل کرنے کی تاریخ میں توسیع سے فائدہ اٹھائیں اور آخری تاریخ 31 اکتوبر 2022 کا انتظار کئے بغیر اپنے گوشوارے داخل کروالیں تا کہ آخری دنوں میں سسٹم پر پڑھنے والے دباؤ کے نتیجہ میں پیش آنے والی مشکلات سے بچ سکیں۔ ایف بی آر نے یقین دہانی کروائی ہے کہ آئی ٹی سسٹم کی استعداد میں بہتری لائی گئی ہے جس کی وجہ سےآئرس سسٹم چوبیس گھنٹے نہایت روانی سے چل رہا ہے۔
ایف بی آر ٹیکس گزاروں کے مسائل کے حل اور ان کو سہولیات دینے کے لئے ہر ممکن کوشش کر رہا ہے ۔ 31 اکتوبر 2022 تک انکم ٹیکس گوشوارے داخل کرنے کی تاریخ میں توسیع کا فیصلہ بھی ٹیکس گزاروں کی مشکلات کے پیش نظر کیا گیا ہے۔

𝐋𝐚𝐰 𝐆𝐀𝐓: Rescheduling on Account of Clash with CCE2022 for Provincial Management Service (PMS)

The Law G*T test, scheduled to be held on 𝟑𝐫𝐝 𝐉𝐮𝐥𝐲, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟐, is now being rescheduled on 𝟐𝟒𝐭𝐡 𝐉𝐮𝐥𝐲, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟐 at the request of Pakistan Bar Council on account of clash of date with the CCE2022 exam.

Consequently, the Law G*T registration portal will remain open until midnight on 22nd June, 2022 in order to facilitate late registrations.

Tharparkar strongly condemn the unlawful raid in the official residence of District & Session Judge THATTA by Karachi south police on the behest of DIGP Hyderabad and deliberated on this incident with concern as an illegal act with its consequences and unanimously resolved as under. The unlawful act of raid is beyond any justification and judgment from any lawful reason and in violation of provision of section 100 Cr P C read with section 103 Cr PC at odd hours of night and it was an act of misuse of powers on the part of Karachi police for raiding police owe its consequences to face with impunity. The unlawful act of raid has jeopardized the sanctity of judiciary in general and the Honourable judge in particular and Tharparkar string condemned this tragic & turmoil act with heavy hands with one voice as Legal Fraternity through out Sindh. Thar therefore necessarily demands an stern action against all those who conducted raid and those who abetted in it and ordered . This Panel call upon Inspector General Sindh Police to take due notice of this incident order for discreet enquiry through honest Officers of IGP office Karachi by constituting JIT to be conducted within shortest possible time not beyond one week and it's finding should be shared with Chief Justice Sindh High Court and based on declassified findings the Lawful action should be taken against wrong doers with out loss of time in order to undo the falling bad impact of unlawful raid. The Chief Justice Sindh High Court is also fervently requested to take statutory notice of this barbaric incident as head of Sindh Judiciary and the entire Legal Fraternity will stand with in the cause to earn respect and regard for Judiciary as good omen.
