procedure of khula/dissolution of marriage
our law firm facilitate the people who want dissolution of marriage or khula.
1.a lady can file a suit any where in Pakistan for the dissolution of marriage on the ground of Khaula, with showing her resent residence
2.for the dissolution of marriage Nikah Nama is not required
3.after the statement of the lady the family court will issue the decree of dissolution of marriage on ground of Khula

Procedure of court marriage
To facilitate the people we provide court marriage
1 first of all with the consent of the parties we arrange the Nikah Registrar and after the Nikah we register the Nikah Nama in NADARA .
2. we issued the affidavit of the spouse/lady about the willingness of the lady that she is sui Juris and contracted marriage with her free will with her husband and the affidavit will be verified from the oath commissioner.
3. we will file a case in the court for the statement of the lady
