How can a member of a Regulator (Bar councils) be a member of a regulated body (Bar Associations) as well? This is like the President of Shell or PSO also becoming member of OGRA. A classic case of Regulatory capture.
We, young lawyers, most start a movement to ensure that a member of the respective Bar Council ceases to be the member of the regulated Bar Association, till the time he remains member of the Council
