PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
From 14th July 1989 till date advocate of High Courts of Pakistan and Supreme Court of Pakistan since 2003. Extensive litigation experience in handling civil (including engineering contract disputes and arbitrations), banking, service and labor and corporate matters all levels. Providing legal advisory and representation services to various local and international clients in Corporate, Engineering Contracts and banking matters including but not restricted to the following package:
· Preparation and evaluation of the documentation relating to advances, financial assistance and loans by the Banks. Preparation of Agreements, guarantees and bonds.
· Consultation and advice during the finalization of the advances, financial facilities and loans to the Banks.
· Advice and evaluation of the usual disputes/claims contract-implementation phase.
· Advise on development and operation of any appropriate dispute resolution mechanism suited to the requirements of any given scenario.
· Legal representation in any legal / Arbitration proceedings in any court of law.
· From January 1970 till July 1986 worked as a Professional Civil Engineer in various Organizations including Project Engineer in a Road Construction Company in Saudi Arabia for four years.
Teaching Experience:
· Has been part time Professor of Law in National Law College, Lahore in the year 1992.
· Worked as a part time professor with Directorate of Income Tax Training, Government of Pakistan, Lahore from 1992-96.
· Taught as a part time Professor in National College of Business Administration and Economics, Lahore in 1994-96
