For Retailers!

Vide SRO 1842 dated 21-12-2023 definition of amended & whose deductible tax under section 236H of the Income Tax Ordinance, 2001 exceeded Rs. 100,000 will be considered as Tier-1 retailers and will be subject to installation of , etc. Vide almost every retailer is subject to collection of tax u/s 236G and that too at higher rate in case of non-filer so very soon large no of the retailers would fall under definition of Tier-1 and will be subject to etc.🤔
