Dear Allottees, specifically to all allottees

1. Supreme court directed DHA to submit master plan to RUDA (source: as per the news)

2. Court asked DHA to pay back eden garden housing scam affectees or give them plots (meant refund)

3. Court asked RUDA about there observations on this project

Questions which we as a Allotees should ask:

How can we trust and accept something over some whatsapp audio note?
If phase 10 merger or same location was given as options by DHA what if what if, then still there was no point for prices to come down.

what does this shows? only market manipulated by some agents and still they are buying.

Secondly, hearing order is still pending from court yet not published::::::: our biggest concern.

So, inshort we do not recommend/suggest file holders to get frustrated and opting to sale there hard earned files.
