Six Honorable Justices of the Islamabad High Court have raised concerns with the Supreme Judicial Council of Pakistan with regards to the interference and pressure of secretive agencies being faced by the Judges on consistent basis.

It was held by the Honorable Lahore High Court Lahore (Bahawalpur Bench) in the case titled as Muhammad Moosa Vs the State and another that an order passed by the learned Magistrate Section 30, qua issuance of non-bailable warrants of arrest and declaring the petitioner proclaimed offender was a revisable order in the light of section 439-A, Cr.P.C. and the above mentioned order cannot be set aside by the Sessions Court while exercising its powers under section 498, Cr.P.C.
