Dear Accountant Community!
Assalam-o-Alaikum
The growing population is increasing the demand for Accommodation more now than ever. Lahore in particular has scarce land available for further development and the current land prices have almost doubled in last 3-5 years. Present prices in Lahore urban area and within the radius of 10 KM are above Rs. 1.0 Million per Marla and area within 10-20 KM is priced around Rs. 0.5 Million to 1.0 Million in the developed societies. In addition, we have also witnessed an upward trend in construction cost.
The accounting community is growing in Pakistan, with a greater number of students enrolling for different accounting qualifications. Until now there has been no serious effort made for setting up a residency project for accountants. Keeping in mind, the well being and the future accountants housing need, we are initiating a project that will serve as a pinnacle for our current and future members.
The Green County Project consists of 2500 kanal at Raiwand Road, Lahore. The development phase is expected to be completed by the end of 2019, and the land will be available for construction as soon as the development phase is concluded.
