“Ultimate Beneficial Owner” “means a natural person who ultimately owns or
controls a company, whether directly or indirectly, through at least twenty-five
percent shares or voting rights or by exercising effective control in that company . Company have to file Form-45 from its registration under section 123A of the companies Act, 2017.

FBR has introduced the new feature for approval of the commissioner for small company shall not be required. It can demonstrate by selecting "small company" in person status under attribute tab will automatically apply tax rate applicable to small company. i.e. 23% for the tax year 2020.
