The chamber was established in the year 1963 when Barrister Abdus Saleem started his practice as an Advocate in Lahore and who served the nation in important matters of law such as Land Acquisition, Immovable Properties, and Cooperative Housing Societies, Constitutional, Criminal and Banking Recovery Laws as well as Civil Matters, Corporate, Revenue, Banking, Service matters and Criminal. Started
his practice in the year 1976 as advocate subordinate courts and paved his path through the Lahore High Court into the most prestigious Court of Pakistan, the Supreme Court of Pakistan in the year 1996. Amongst his many responsibilities, he is in the panel council of Wapda, Civil Aviation, United Bank, Zarayi Taraqyati Bank and Legal Advisor to the Utility Stores Corporation of Pakistan. In the field of Land Acquisition, he is the elected Secretary General of the Lawyers Housing Society. His wide services to the field of law include cases falling under the categories of Civil Matters, Corporate, Criminal Matters, and Constitutional Jurisdiction Matters. He has also been in the field of teaching of law subjects in University Law College, Punjab Law College, National Law College and Himayat-e-Islam Law College. He has also been the elected Secretary General of the Supreme Court Bar Association of Pakistan in the year 2004/2005.
