And what is [the matter] with you that you fight not in the cause of Allah and [for]

the oppressed among men, women, and children who say, "Our Lord, take us out of this city of oppressive people and appoint for us from Yourself a protector and appoint for us from Yourself a helper?"
(Al-Quran : Surah 4 An-Nisa, Ayat 75)

“Whosoever of you sees an evil, let him change it with his hand; and if he is not able to do so, then [let him change it] with his tongue; and if he is not able to do so, then with his heart — and that is the weakest of faith.”
(Prophet Mohammadﷺ : Sahih Muslim 49 )

We have adopted the commandments of Holy Books as objectives of Crime Victim Services Pakistan. At CVSPK we intend to Assist all agencies and organisations that act to provide the individuals with their Rights. Ten rights based mainly on the two major Islamic sources, namely, the Holy Qur'an (the Holy book in Islam) and Hadith (the sayings and deeds of the prophet of Islam.). These rights are as follows:
(1) The Right to Life,
(2) The Right to Live in Dignity,
(3) The Right to Justice,
(4) The Right to Equal Protection of the Law,
(5) The Right of Choice,
(6) The Right of Free Expression,
(7) The Right to Privacy,
(8) The Right of Property,
(9) The Right to Basic Necessities of Life and
(10) The Right to Revolt. The Holy Qur’an, al-Nisaa 4:36 “Serve God, and join not any partners with Him; and do good – to parents, kinsfolk, orphans, those in need, neighbors who are near, neighbors who are strangers, the companion by your side, the wayfarer (ye meet), and what your right hands possess.”

Sahih Bukhari #2442 : Narrated `Abdullah bin `Umar: Allah's Apostle said, A Muslim is a brother of another Muslim, so he should not oppress him, nor should he hand him over to an oppressor. Whoever fulfilled the needs of his brother, Allah will fulfill his needs; whoever brought his (Muslim) brother out of a discomfort, Allah will bring him out of the discomforts of the Day of Resurrection, and whoever screened a Muslim, Allah will screen him on the Day of Resurrection . Sahih Bukhari #2444 :Narrated Anas: Allah's Apostle said, Help your brother, whether he is an oppressor or he is an oppressed one. It is all right to help him if he is oppressed, but how should we help him if he is an oppressor? The Prophet said, By preventing him from oppressing others. Sahih Bukhari #2448 : Narrated Ibn `Abbas: The Prophet sent Mu`adh to Yemen and said, Be afraid, from the curse of the oppressed as there is no screen between his invocation and Allah. At Crime Victim Services Pakistan , we see the world differently, through many different perspectives and with a truly collaborative spirit. We empower our people to be themselves and respect others – its core to our values and what we believe in.We believe in a future where everyone feels included, no matter where they work or live, and diversity is embraced, because we believe a future of inclusion is a better future for all. Therefore, we wish to help victims prevail over the trauma of their victimization by assisting and advocating for safety, healing, justice, and restitution irrespective of creed, colour and religion. Proverbs 31:8-9 Open your mouth for the mute, for the rights of all who are destitute. Open your mouth, judge righteously, defend the rights of the poor and needy. Micah 6:8 :He has told you, O man, what is good; and what does the Lord require of you but to do justice, and to love kindness, and to walk humbly with your God? Psalm 82:3 :Give justice to the weak and the fatherless; maintain the right of the afflicted and the destitute. Isaiah 1:17 :Learn to do good; seek justice, correct oppression; bring justice to the fatherless, plead the widow's cause. Leviticus 19:33-34 :When a stranger sojourns with you in your land, you shall not do him wrong. You shall treat the stranger who sojourns with you as the native among you, and you shall love him as yourself, for you were strangers in the land of Egypt: I am the Lord your God. Leviticus 19:15 :You shall do no injustice in court. You shall not be partial to the poor or defer to the great, but in righteousness shall you judge your neighbour. James 2:1-4 :My brothers, show no partiality as you hold the faith in our Lord Jesus Christ, the Lord of glory. For if a man wearing a gold ring and fine clothing comes into your assembly, and a poor man in shabby clothing also comes in, and if you pay attention to the one who wears the fine clothing and say, “You sit here in a good place,” while you say to the poor man, “You stand over there,” or, “Sit down at my feet,” have you not then made distinctions among yourselves and become judges with evil thoughts?
