اب موقع پر فائلر ہو کر پراپرٹی کی خرید وفروخت کرنے والوں کے لیے FBR نے ایک نیا سلیب جاری کردیا جو بندہ 5 کروڑ تک کی پراپرٹی کی خرید کے وقت فائلر ہوگا اس کو 6% FBR ٹیکس لگے گا نان فائلر کو 12% اور ریگولر فائلر کو 3% لگے گا

اسی طرح پراپرٹی کو موقع پر فروخت کرنے پر فائلر ہونے والے کو بھی 6% FBR ٹیکس لگے گا نان فائلر کو 10% اور ریگولر فائلر کو 3% لگے گا

اور جو بندہ پراپرٹی خرید کر 6 سال کے اندر دوبارہ فروخت کرے گا اس کو پرانی رجسٹری اور نئی رجسٹری کے فرق/ منافع کا فائلر ہونے پر 15% تک اور نان فائلر ہونے پر 45% تک ٹیکس اپنی ٹیکس ریٹرن کے وقت FBR کو ادا کرنا ہوگا
