Required Documents Checklist:

Business Identity: Official Business Letterhead and Registered Business Name.

Proof of Premises: Valid Rent Agreement (for office/godown) or Ownership Registry documents.

Utility Verification: Latest Electricity Bill (within the last 3 months) issued for the business address.

Banking Credentials: Bank Account Maintenance Certificate issued in the name of the business.

Biometric Verification: Biometric confirmation of the Business Owner or Authorized Representative.

Visual Evidence (GPS Photos): Clear photos of the premises (Signboard, Interior, and Exterior) to verify the physical location.

اب ICMA کا UDN سسٹم بھی آ چکا ہے۔ اگلے ایک سال میں بغیر مکمل ریکارڈ کے آڈٹ رپورٹ ملنا تقریباً ناممکن ہو جائے گا۔ اکثر کیسز میں ٹیکس ریٹرن میں ایکسٹینشن بھی لینی پڑتی ہے۔

براہِ کرم اپنا اکاؤنٹنگ سسٹم فوری درست کریں، سافٹ ہو یا دستی، لیکن مکمل اور میچنگ میں ہو۔ یہ صرف آڈٹ نہیں، آپ کے اپنے بزنس کے فائدے کے لیے ضروری ہے۔
