Justice is a holy romance, every goodness emanates from it.
But,
Discretion is a nefarious design introduced by Jews, to safeguard the illegitimate interests of elite class.Alas,contrary to injunction of Islam, same discretion devastating our judicial system.
On the same grounds, under absolutely similar offence, one obtain acquittal and other face the torment of incarceration, albeit evidence in both cases can not be differentiated even by microscopic evaluation.
Then if objected,ready reply (Right of appeal available,so don't cry)
Till the hearing of appeal, majority breathed their last or lost their major part of life.
From erstwhile till yet ever any adjudicator was sent to see the gallows, where so many lives ruined do his incompetence, or while exercising this Sweet Discretion?
Ever any one bothered to evaluate that judge who is appointed to decide Murder cases or Murder references that in his entire professional life he ever conducted a Murder Trial, independently?
Sages of this era,appointing authorities, graciously ponder upon?
Any one from you ever at any cost be ready that yours Heart Surgery be conducted by a physician.
IF reply in negative, then how any lawyer, who did not do trial work individually in any sphere of law,be appointed a judge of any court.
Mere bookish knowledge is sufficient without practical?
If so ,with due apology, then it is not justice rather it is assassination of justice.
