Rabia Qari belong to a very noble family known as Qari from Jhelum. Her father was from Delhi and mother from Jehlam. Her father was from legal fertinity worked as a District Judge at Delhi India. She did Bar from Lincoln and started practice at Lahore.When Pakistan came into existence she was appionted as a Head for Recovery of muslim women (refugee) those were abducted by sikhs duration at t

he time of partition. She was unmarried but adopted a muslim girl which she found during her work as head of human right commsion (Refuge Wing). She was dynamic leader of legal Fertenity. She was elected as :
