*Proposed Constitutional Amendments*
1. Army Chief's tenure extended to 5 years; Army Act to be part of Constitution.
2. New Constitutional Court's first Chief Justice to be appointed by Prime Minister.
3. Supreme Court's Chief Justice to retire at 68; Judicial Council's head to be Constitutional Court's Chief Justice.
4. Parliament to discuss judges' conduct and decisions.
5. Armed forces empowered to collect taxes and tolls in Cantonment areas.
6. Election Commission's Chief and members to continue work after retirement until replaced.
7. No court, including Supreme Court, can question Constitution's clauses or amendments.
8. Military courts granted constitutional protection; civilians can be tried in military courts.
9. New Constitutional Court to decide on banning political parties.
10. Government can appoint judges to Constitutional Court through Parliament.
11. Government can temporarily appoint retired judges to Constitutional Court.
12. Constitutional Court to resolve federal-provincial disputes and public interest cases.
13. Supreme Court's role limited to appeals in criminal and civil cases.
14. Judges' transfer between High Courts allowed.
15. No court except Constitutional Court can oversee intelligence agencies.
16. All courts, governments, and institutions must assist Constitutional Court.
17. Constitutional Court can review Supreme Court decisions.
