میں بطور وکیل پنجاب پولیس سے اپنے بھائی کامران اشرف گجر ایڈووکیٹ کے خلاف اس جھوٹی اور بے بنیاد ایف آئی آر کو خارج کرنے کا مطالبہ کرتا ہوں. ایک بندہ جو اعلی تعلیم کے لئے پچھلے ایک سال سے انگلینڈ میں مقیم ہے اس کو رات لاہور بار واقعہ میں نامزد کرنا پنجاب پولیس کی ناکامی اور بے غیرتی کا منہ بولتا ثبوت ہے. پنجاب پولیس کچھ شرم کرو کچھ حیا کرو.

تازہ ترین خبر کے مطابق لاہور ہائی کورٹ نے جج عاصم حفیظ کی بیوی کی ضمانت قبل از گرفتاری منظور کر لی ہے تاکہ انصاف کی طرف پہلا قدم بڑھاتے ہوئے مجرمہ کو سہولت فراہم کی جا سکے کہ وہ اپنا اثر و رسوخ اور دھونس دہمکی کو استعمال کر کے بچی کے لواحقین کو کسی بھی قسم کی قانونی و عدالتی کارروائی سے ڈرا دہمکا کر اور چند روپوں کا لالچ دے کر باز رکھ سکیں ۔ ساتھ ساتھ معزز عدالت نے اپنے ہم پیشہ بھائی کی بیوی کو مزید انصاف فراہم کرتے ہوئے پولیس کو 1 اگست تک محترمہ کو گرفتار کرنے یا شامل تفتیش کرنے سے بھی منع کر دیا ہے ۔
اے منصف تیرے اس انصاف پہ تھو۔۔۔۔۔۔

اسلام آباد میں جج عاصم حفیظ کے گھر میں اس جج کی بیوی نے جس بچی پر ظالمانہ تشدد کیا تھا وہ بچی زخموں کی تاب نہ لاتے ہوئے چل بسی ہے۔😭😭😭
نہ قانون حرکت میں آیا نہ قیامت آئی ۔نہ کسی چیف جسٹس نے سو موٹو ایکشن لیا ۔۔۔
غریب بے بس لاچار بچی رب کا پتہ پوچھتے پوچھتے رب کے پاس پہنچ چکی ہے۔۔۔
طوائف میڈیا بالکل خاموش ہے۔🤫🤫🤫
آئی جی پولیس بھی منہ میں مینگڑیاں ڈال کے بیٹھا ہوا ہے ۔۔۔ظاہر ہے یہ بدقسمت غریب بچی اس کی بیٹی تھوڑی تھی۔اس کی بیٹی تو محفوظ ہے۔ پھر معاملہ ایک جج اور اس کی بیوی کا ہے۔ لہذا خبر دار کوئی بات بھی نہ کرے۔۔۔۔
ملک اس وقت بہت نازک ترین صورتحال سے گزر رہا ہے ۔۔۔ہم اس وقت اس ایک غریب، بے سہارا مزدور بچی کے ساتھ کیئے گیئے ظلم کی تحقیقات کر کے ملک اور جمہوریت کو خطرے میں نہیں ڈال سکتے ۔
یہی فیصلہ ہم سب 25 کروڑ بھیڑ بکریوں کیلئے ہے۔۔۔
کیونکہ ہم بھی بدقسمتی سے پاکستانی ہیں اور یہاں قانون ہم سب کیلئے نہیں ۔۔۔صرف طاقتوروں کو تحفظ فراہم کرنے کے لیئے ہے😢
اس سے پہلے بھی ایک جج کی بیوی اپنی ملازمہ بچی کے ساتھ اسی طرح کا سلوک کر چکی ہے۔۔۔
اگر اس وقت کے چیپ چسٹس نے اس کے ساتھ انصاف کیا ہوتا ۔۔۔۔تو آج دوبارہ ایک کمزور اور غریب بچی کے ساتھ یہ ظلم نہ ہوتا ۔۔۔۔😭

جاگ جاو پاکستانیوں ۔۔۔۔اگر اب بھی نہیں تو پھر کبھی بھی نہیں ۔۔۔۔
اس دعا کے ساتھ ۔کہ۔
یا ربالعالمین ہمارے قانون نافذ کرنے والے اور قانون کا نفاذ کر کے انصاف کرنے والے ،جن کو آپ نے اس دنیا میں یہ طاقت اور قوت دی ہوئی ہے۔ہم بے بس اور کمزور ترین لوگ صرف یہ دعا ہی کر سکتے ہیں ۔۔۔کہ اے پاک پروردگار کل یہ حکمران۔یہ قانون کے ٹھیکیداران ۔یہ تمام انصاف کرنے ولے جج جب آپ کی بارگاہ میں پیش کیئے جائیں تو ان کے ساتھ بھی اسی طرح کا انصاف ہو جیسا انصاف یہ اس دنیا میں ہمارے ساتھ کر رہے ہیں ۔آمین ۔
