حکومت پاکستان نے سائبر کرائم ونگ کو ایف آئی اے سے الگ کرکے آزاد ادارہ بنا دیا۔
The National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (Establishment , Powers and Functions) Rules, 2024.

وفاقی حکومت نے وفاقی تحقیقاتی ادارے (ایف آئی اے) سے سائبر کرائم کی تحقیقات کا اختیار واپس لے لیا اور سائبر کرائم کی تحقیقات کے لیے سائبر کرائم انویسٹی گیشن ایجنسی کے نام سے الگ ادارہ قائم کردیا گیا۔

نیشنل سائبر کرائم انویسٹی گیشن ایجنسی سائبر کرائم کے مقدمات کی تحقیقات کرے گی۔
وفاقی حکومت نیشنل سائبر کرائم انویسٹی گیش ایجنسی کے سربراہ کے لیے ایسا ڈائریکٹر جنرل تعینات کرے گی جو کم سے کم 21 گریڈ کا افسر یا 63 برس سے کم عمر ہو۔ڈی جی کو صوبے کے آئی جی کے برابر اختیارات حاصل ہوں گے جبکہ ان کے ماتحت ڈائریکٹرز، ڈپٹی ڈائریکٹرز اور اسسٹنٹ ڈائریکٹرز کام کریں گے۔تفتیشی افسر اور اس کے ماتحت دیگر افسران پولیس آرڈر 2002 کے تحت ادارے میں خدمات انجام دیں گے۔

Right Of Private Defence In Murder Case

2018 YLR 212

S. 497---Penal Code (XLV of 1860), Ss. 302 & 457---Qatl-i-amd, lurking house trespass or house breaking by night---bail, grant of---Right of private defence of property---Deceased entered the house of accused for theft at 1:00 a.m. and accused fired at the deceased who died at the spot---Right of private defence of property would extend to cause death in case of house breaking by night---Accused seemed to have acted in private defence of property and was entitled to concession of bail---bail was granted accordingly.

Yes we need to make ourselves aware about our rights. Bitter truth is victims of r**e who are victimised by this hineous crime are left on their own but they deserve a respect much higher than us while investigation, on media if the case is reported on it, and in the eyes of public and anywhere. Do we really care what they went through physically, mentally and emotionally? Do we? Are we aware about the mental element which leads the victims towards su***de? Victims are on their low, are we there for them to help them out with mental and physical rehab? Let us not tell you the answer but, let's all of us ask ourselves, so we can get an idea where our humanity is standing.

Unfortunately many cases of r**e are not even reported due to duress or element of respect, resulting in criminals moving freely. R**e victims are the people who have suffered and deserve much higher love and respect but unfortunately they are seen with negative element by many of us unfortunately, we need to understand victims are not liability but assets who needs honour, love and comfort in the society.
