FBR Alert: Penalty Notices for Non-Integrated Taxpayers

Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has issued strict instructions to initiate penalty notices against all taxpayers (companies/businesses) who have not yet integrated with FBR as per Rule 150Q of Sales Tax Rules, 1990 and SRO 709(I)/2025.

- The action is part of FBR’s drive to enforce integration under Digital Invoice System.
- Non-compliance may lead to penalties and further legal action.
- All taxpayers are advised to immediately complete integration to avoid any adverse consequences.

This matter is marked as "Top Priority" by FBR.
