اب قانون کی بات جانیے، URDU / SINDHI / ENGLISH میں۔۔
یہ اصول قانون بیان کرتا ہے کہ اگر کوئی معاہدہ کسی نابالغ شخص یا اس کے جانشین کی طرف سے کیا گیا ہو تو اس کی قانونی حیثیت اس وقت تک غیر یقینی رہتی ہے جب تک نابالغ شخص بالغ نہ ہو جائے۔ بالغ ہونے کے بعد اسے اختیار حاصل ہوگا کہ وہ اس معاہدے کو برقرار رکھے یا اسے منسوخ کر دے۔ یہ اصول نابالغ افراد کے حقوق کے تحفظ کے لیے بنایا گیا ہے تاکہ وہ کسی غیر منصفانہ معاہدے میں مجبور نہ ہوں۔

This legal principle states that if a contract is made by a minor or their successor, its legal validity remains uncertain until the minor reaches adulthood. Upon reaching adulthood, the individual has the right to either affirm or cancel the contract. This rule is designed to protect minors from being bound by unfair agreements made during their minority.

هي قانوني اصول بيان ڪري ٿو تہ جيڪڏهن ڪو معاهدو ڪنهن نابالغ شخص يا ان جي جانشين طرفان ڪيو ويو هجي، تہ ان جي قانوني حيثيت تڏهن تائين غير يقيني رهندي، جيستائين نابالغ شخص بالغ نه ٿئي۔ بالغ ٿيڻ بعد، ان کي اختيار حاصل هوندو تہ هو ان معاهدي کي برقرار رکي يا ان کي منسوخ ڪري۔ هي اصول نابالغ ماڻهن جي حقن جي تحفظ لاءِ ٺاهيو ويو آهي ته جيئن اهي ڪنهن غير منصفانه معاهدي ۾ مجبور نه ٿين۔

اردو : پاکستانی شہریت کے قانون کے مطابق، اگر کسی بچے کا والد پاکستانی ہے تو وہ بچہ دنیا میں کہیں بھی پیدا ہو، اسے پاکستانی شہریت حاصل ہوگی۔ یہ اصول پاکستانی شہریت ایکٹ 1951 کے تحت نافذ کیا گیا ہے۔

English : According to Pakistan's Citizenship Law, if a child's father is Pakistani, the child will be considered a Pakistani citizen, regardless of their place of birth. This is enforced under the Pakistan Citizenship Act, 1951.

سنڌي : پاڪستان جي شهريت قانون مطابق، جيڪڏهن ڪنهن ٻار جو پيءُ پاڪستاني آهي، ته اهو ٻار جتي به ڄمي، پاڪستاني شهريت جو حقدار ٿيندو. هي اصول پاڪستان شهريت ايڪٽ 1951 تحت لاڳو آهي.

اردو:
والدین اپنے بچوں کی حق تلفی کرتے ہوئے اپنی جائیداد کسی بھتیجے یا کسی اور رشتہ دار کو ہبہ (گفٹ) نہیں کر سکتے۔ یہ قانون بچوں کے وراثتی حقوق کی حفاظت کے لیے بنایا گیا ہے تاکہ کوئی بھی غیر منصفانہ تقسیم نہ ہو سکے۔

English:
Parents cannot deprive their children of inheritance by gifting their property to a nephew or any other relative. This law ensures the protection of children's inheritance rights and prevents unjust property transfers.

سنڌي:
والدين پنهنجن ٻارن جي حق تلفي ڪري، پنهنجي ملڪيت ڀائٽي يا ڪنهن ٻئي مائٽ کي تحفي (هبه) طور نه ڏئي سگهن ٿا. ھي قانون اولاد جي وراثتي حقن جي حفاظت لاءِ جوڙيو ويو آھي ته جيئن ڪو به ناجائز ورهاست نه ٿي سگهي.

Participants will have the opportunity to plead *both in favor and against* the amendment, ensuring a comprehensive and dynamic discourse.
