LAWS and RULES on Terminated / Resigned Employees Full and Final settlement pending dues....
Do you know, that As per Labour Laws of Pakistan, left employees , are entitled to have all legal dues Paid by the Company with in 2 days from last day of Duty????
It is illegal practice by different ORGANIZATIONS that they don't pay legal dues of Resigned or Discharged or layoff or Terminated or Retired employees, for months and Months.
Similarly these Left out employees have no Understanding of laws that if their company do not give them final dues, with 2 days, what they should do?
A left out employee is entitled to following legal dues
A. Salary of the current Month / days of the month.
B. Unpaid Leave Encashments.
C. OT amount.
D. Gratuity/ PF
E. Allowances ie Fuel, Mobile , Car Allowance,
F. Bonus
G. WPPF
H. all pending reimbursements like Medical payments, travel payments etc.
Here is complete and comprehensive guidelines for all victims of
1. First Step: You must write a letter / Application to CEO of the company and inform him that your legal dues are not cleared despite passage of reasonable time. ( if you want to see this draft letter , pl share your email I'd in comments )
2. You should also mention that please clear all legal dues with In 2 weeks. otherwise you intend to take the matter to Labour Court / Authority under Payment of Wages Act.
3. You will be surprised to know that most companies will give you all dues with in that time.
If they
reject your application or
Don't reply to your application or
Deny any Payment or
Say that No dues are pending
4. You submit an Application for Unpaid/ Delayed /Deducted wages to Authority under Section 15 of Payment of Wages Act seeking their intervention in this matter.
5. Authority will call relevant Factory Manager/ CEO / Owner to address your complaint in Court. and will ensure that your dues are cleared with in reasonable time.

Supreme Court of Pakistan has issued notices to Pakistan Bar Council and all Provincial Bar Councils to assist the Apex Court with regards to redress the issue of drafting the pleadings not in conformity with the provisions of Code of Civil Procedure.
Whilst hearing a matter reference was made to the plaint, in which, The Supreme Court pointed out issues such as:
1. No prayer clause at the end of the plaint.
2. The prayer is incorporated in the title together with submissions.
3. The pleadings do not comply with the provisions of Orders VII and VIII of CPC.
4. Pleadings are not verified in accordance with Order VI, rule 15 of CPC.
5. The mandated list of legal heirs is not provided.
6. The paragraphs with regard to territorial and pecuniary jurisdiction are often absent.
7. The cause of action, and when it had occurred are not stated.
8. The valuation, applicable court fees and jurisdiction are not mentioned.

نجی سطح پہ قرضہ مافیا اور اس کا قانون حل۔

اس وقت نجی سطح پہ بہت سے کمپنیوں کی طرف قرض سود پہ دینے اور اس کے واپسی کے لیے قرضدار کو حراساں کرنے کا معاملہ کافی زور پکڑ رہا ہے۔
کسی کو نہیں معلوم کہ اس مسئلے کا تدارک کہاں سے اور کیسے کریں۔ کونسا قانون ہے جو اس برائی کا سد باب کرتا ہے اور اسے جرم قرار دیتا ہے۔
اس وقت ہر صوبے اپنا اپنا قانون بنا چکے ہیں جس کا نام ہے
The Sindh Prohibition of Interest on Private Loans Act,’ 2023.
یہ نام سندھ میں لاگو ایکٹ کا ہے باقی صوبوں میں لاگو ایکٹ کا نام بھی اسی طرح ہے مگر وہاں صوبے کا نام ساتھ ہوگا۔

اسی قانون کے تحت اگر بینکس اور دیگر مجاز اداروں کے سواء کوئی شخص یا گروہ سود پہ قرضہ دیتا ہے تو یہ ایک ناقابلِ معافی، ناقابلِ ضمانت اور قابل دست اندازی جرم ہے۔
اس حوالے سے جسٹس آف پیس کے سامنے ایک درخواست دائر کرنا ہوگی اور جسٹس آف پیس درخواست کو پرکھنے کے بعد پولیس کو ایف آئی آر درج کرنے کا حکم دے گا۔
اس جرم کی سزا دس سال تک کی قید اور دس لاکھ تک کاجرمانہ بھی ہوسکتا ہے۔
جو لوگ ان قرضہ اسکیموں سے یا مافیا سے تنگ ہیں یا متاثر ہیں یا جو لوگ اس برائی کا راستہ روکنا چاہتے ہیں وہ ایک درخواست لے کر جسٹس آف پیس کی عدالت میں جائیں اور درخواست میں اس مافیا کے خلاف ایف آئی آر درج کرنے کی التجاء کریں۔ اگر ملک میں سو کے قریب لوگ بھی ایف آئی آر درج کر والیں تو ان کی عقل ٹھکانے آجاے گی۔
نوٹ اس قانون میں قرض لینے والے شخص کے فیملی یا کسی بھی ممبر جو حراساں کرنے اور کو تکلیف پہنچانے ڈرانے دھمکانے کو بھی قانونا جرم قرار دیا ہے جس کی سزا پانچ سال تک کی قید ہوسکتی ہے

THINGS TO DO WHEN YOU EXPECT A CYCLONE:
Karachi is on a red alert due to the roaring cyclone over east central Arabian Sea which has further intensified into an “extremely severe cyclonic storm (ESCS)”.
Following is the list of actions must be taken now!!
1️⃣ As much as possible, bring inside anything that cannot be anchored to the floor outside.
2️⃣ Windows and doors must be locked. When winds reach 130 km/h, you should tape cardboard to the windows to protect them from the wind. Use an industrial tape.
3️⃣ Place all decorative items and anything from tabletops underneath.
4️⃣ Stock up on food, bandages, and life-saving medications at home in case anyone needs them so that if it rains and you can't go outside, you'll still have supplies.
5️⃣ Food stocks should be kept, but be sure to stock up on both canned and dry goods. Keep enough supply of water bottles.
6️⃣ Expect a power outage that may last at least 48 hours, so you must have emergency lighting, stand by lights and torches ready. Charge your Power banks for phones.
7️⃣ If it gets nasty and you can get out, try to flee to someone's house far from the shore.
8️⃣ If the winds start to cause trouble and you're on the top floor, walk downstairs.
9️⃣ Bring any plant containers you have on your balconies and patios inside.
🔟 Avoid venturing outside in the wind. Appliances that are not necessary shouldn't be turned on. If you have power, avoid charging anything during the storm, especially high voltage ones.
Again, keep a natural disaster preparedness kit ready. Essential medicines, candles, water, dry food, matches, batteries, flashlights, all need to be ready. Charge your power banks too.
Dua when the wind blows or during a wind storm:
اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ خَيْرَهَا ، وَخَيْرَ مَا فِيهَا ، وَخَيْرَ مَا أُرْسِلَتْ بِهِ ،
وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ شَرِّهَا ، وَشَرِّ مَا فِيهَا ، وَشَرِّ مَا أُرْسِلَتْ بِهِ
O Allah, I ask You for it’s goodness, the good within it, and the good it was sent with, And I seek refuge with You from it’s evil, the evil within it, and from the evil it was sent with.
