To protect the rights of women and children’s through legal aid or through available resources

To point out the corruption in the society and initiate litigation to discourage the corruption

To stop all kinds of the illegal acts in the society and discourage the crime in the society through public interest litigation
Awareness & education of law

We educate the people those are sentenced and spending their lives in jails. As legal awareness is the first step towards the good society. We provide them education of law & awareness with the aim that after their punishment they could play great role in the society being a good citizen. Pursuing this goal, we are establishing the chain of educational institutions to educate prisoners in the jails. We provide institutions all necessary needs, as they could be able to educate all the surviving prisoners. Provide Legal Aid

(MBHR) is working for the people those are in the jails for any reason even they are needy & as poor as they can not afford the lawyers or by any reasons, they are not allowed to approach to the lawyers such as they are in extreme need. Our aim is to establish a network of lawyers in all cities so that they could contact and help the people in all jails with the aim that no one could remain helpless being a poor and no access to lawyers. Provide protection. legal aid to the poor &needy people. On the other side our doors are also open for the people those are out side the jails and needy our legal aid to protect them, we are ready to open our umbrella of shelter for every single person who is in search of justice. As our aim is to help the helpless. (MBHR) while establishing the network of the lawyer’s team is also considering the need of protection and legal aid to the poor and needy people. Our network of lawyers is ready to assist them 24 hours round the clock and 365 days of the year. Establish human rights , law awareness & education in the society. Ruling of law creates good society. In addition, human rights and law awareness play great role in this chain it is always appreciated that to obey the law not to break the law. Where people are not aware about their rights obviously they cannot protect their rights and themselves as well. (MBHR) is also providing human rights and law awareness in the society we are organizing seminars and workshops on different legal issues. Our aim is to establish institutions and law colleges in all major cities. In order we could educate the generation to play a great role in our society

‏اس لڑکے نے کچھ سال پہلے ایک ماں بیٹی کو فلوریڈا میں گاڑی تلے کچل کر مار ڈالا تھا۔ اسے جج نے جرم ثابت ہونے پر چوبیس سال کی سزا سنائی۔ اس وقت اسکی عمر اٹھارہ سال تھی۔ یہ اپنے باپ کی دی ہوئی مسٹینگ 100 میل فی گھنٹہ سے زیادہ کی رفتار سے چلا رہا تھا جب اس نے ماں بیٹی کو کچل ڈالا تھا۔

جب اسکو سزا سنائی گئی تو اسکی آنکھیں پھٹی کی پھٹی رہ گئیں۔ وہ منظر وائرل ہوا۔ اسکے حق میں کیمپین چلنا شروع ہوگئی۔ خواتین تو اسکی خوبصورت نیلی آنکھوں پر مر مٹیں۔ کچھ لوگوں نے اسے بہت کم عمر گردانا۔ مطالبہ یہ تھا کہ اسے سزا نہ سنائی جائی۔ امریکی معاشرے کے مزاج کے عین مطابق لاتعداد سازشی کہانیاں بھر گھڑ لی گئیں کہ یہ لڑکا تو اصل قصوروار تھا ہی نہیں اور وغیرہ وغیرہ۔

اس کے حق میں چلنے والی کیمپین اس قدر زوردار تھی کہ ایک دفعہ دنیا حیران رہ گئی کہ سپیڈ لمٹ سے دوگنی رفتار پر جاتے ہوئے کسی کو کچل دینے والے شخص کے لیے ایسی ہمدردی؟ لیکن امریکہ کا نظام انصاف لولا لنگڑا کانا گنجا نہیں تھا۔ یہ اب 2044 میں اپنی سزا مکمل کرکے رہا ہوگا۔

پاکستان میں جس عورت نے باپ بیٹی کو مارا ہے اس پر اس کیمرون ہیرن کہانی یاد آگئی۔پہلی منافقت ہمارے معاشرے کی اگر تو کچلنے والا کوئی بس ڈرائیور ، رکشہ ڈرائیور ہوتا تو کراچی کے مزاج میں عین ممکن تھا اسکی بس یا رکشے کو اس ڈرائیور سمیت آگ لگا دی جاتی۔ اب لینڈ کروزر کو آگ لگانے کی جرات کسی کو نہ تھی۔

دوسری منافقت کہ جیسے ہی یہ ایکسڈنٹ ہوا اور اسکی خبر پھیلی ہر کسی کو یقین تھا کہ اس عورت کا کوئی بال بیکا نہیں کرسکتا۔ وہ عورت بھی ایسی مکار نکلی کہ فورا وہاں ہی ڈرنک ہونے یا ذہنی مریض ہونے کا تماشا شروع کردیا۔

تیسری منافقت اس طبقے کی نظر آئی جو اس خاتون کے دفاع میں اتر آیا ہے۔ یہ ایلیٹ طبقہ وہی ہے جو خواتین ، مزدور ، غریب کے حقوق پر کسی امریکن سپانسرڈ کانفرنس میں بڑے طمطراق سے شرکت فرماتا ہے۔

چوتھی منافقت اب ہم عدالتی نظام کی دیکھیں گے اور سب کچھ کسی کارپٹ کے نیچے دھکیل دیا جائے گا۔

پانچویں منافقت ہم سب دکھائیں گے اور ایسے ہی کسی اگلے سانحے کا انتظار کریں گے اور اس پر دو دو سطریں لکھ کر یا لائک ری پوسٹ کرکے خاموش ہوجائیں گے۔

جو لوگ لوکیشن آفس چلا رہے ہیں۔ وہ ہی جانتے ہیں کہ آپ کے بیس لڑکے ہاتھ پر ہاتھ رکھ کر بیٹھے ہوں کہ نیٹ ٹھیک نہیں ہے۔ ۔ ۔ لیکن ان کو مہینے کے آخر میں سیلری دینا ہو ۔ ۔ تو آپ سیریسلی سوچتے ہیں کہ اپنا آفس بنگلہ دیش شفٹ کر لیں (کیونکہ وہاں تبدیلی کم از کم برسوں نہیں لیتی۔) یا پھر آزر بائجان جیسے کسی ملک میں چلے جائیں۔

خیر کل ملا کر خلاصہ یہ ہے کہ اب یقین سے کہا جا سکتا ہے کہ مقامی انڈسٹری، تجارت، اور کسانوں کے بعد "ہم نے" کامیابی کے ساتھ فری لانسرز کو بھی سڑکوں پر لا کھڑا کیا ہے۔

میری ذاتی دلچسپی صرف یہ ہے کہ اب پاکستانی قوم کیا کرتی ہے؟ کیونکہ حکایت کے بقول بادشاہ نے چھتر مارنے والے بھی بڑھا دیے ہیں ۔ ۔ مگر یہ قوم تشریف پیش کرنے کے علاوہ کچھ اور کرنے کا یارا ہی نہیں رکھتی ۔ ۔
