75th National Council meeting of Pakistan Boy Scouts Association held in Karachi Presided by His Excellancy Dr Arif Alvi The President & Chief Scout of Pakistan where Election of International Commissioner of Pakistan were held. Mr. Shoaib Ahmad Dahri Assistant Provincial Commissioner PIA Boy Scouts Association has been elected as International Commissioner of Pakistan for the term of two years. We Congratulate Chief Executive Officer/Chief Scout PIA Air Marshal Arshad Malik for his kind support. PIABSA also very thankful to Chief Commissioner of Pakistan Sarfraz Qamar Daha for his out of the way support and make it happens. We also very thankful to Provincial Commissioner PIA Boy Scouts Association Shahid Chauhdary for supporting and necessary lobbying. PIA BSA is very thankful to all Provincial Associations showing their confidence upon PIA Boy Scouts Association. 73rd Independance day Celebration by PIA Boy Scouts Association in Rawalpindi booking office where Chief Executive/Chief Scout PIA Air Marshal Arshad Malik was Chief guest and delivered a message of Unity Faith and Hardwork. Appreciated the outstanding Services being rendered by PIABSA Rawalpindi/Islamabad District especially Shahzad Waheed who has established a milestone for every District in PIABSA.
