Alhamdulillah, today I made my first appearance before the Hon'ble Supreme Court of Pakistan in a CPLA 1214-K/23 and had an opportunity to address 3 members bench after having permission. I am also grateful to my friends who encouraged me and helped me to do so.
However, the CPLA has been dismissed, but that was really an exciting and a great experience. the CPLA challenged the appointment through balloting in FBR, in view of the recent dictum of the Hon'ble Supreme Court of Pakistan reported 2021 SCMR 1204— says that no deviation from the advertisement should be allowed to bring the transparency to recruitment process.
Albeit, I enjoyed the hearing. Thanks to Allah (SWA) for being merciful and benevolent.

We are also looking for such a transparency in our judicial system. While staying positive the pandemic has also bring a lot to our lives and worked as a catalyst for much awaited developments in our lives.

Virtual Courts are the need of time, we wish to be vied with new normal of times.
