Allahmdolliah Bail Granted under Section 379/34/411 PPC.
The accused was charged with theft (Section 379), committing an act in furtherance of a common intention (Section 34), and possessing stolen property (Section 411). Mr. Muhammad Javed Jabbar, Advocate, argued on behalf of the accused, presenting the case for bail.
During the proceedings, Mr. Javed Jabbar emphasized the grounds for bail, arguing that the charges against the accused were not substantiated by sufficient evidence, and the accused had no prior criminal record. He further asserted that the accused was entitled to bail as a matter of right, especially in the absence of compelling reasons to deny it.
After hearing the arguments, the 3rd Judicial Magistrate South Karachi granted bail to the accused, allowing him to be released from custody pending the outcome of the trial. The bail was granted on surety, as per the conditions set by the Court.
