South Australia’s two DAMAs have been extended to 31 January 2027.

The current terms remain unchanged while negotiations continue for a proposed five-year statewide DAMA.

If you’re a South Australian employer considering sponsorship, or a worker exploring this pathway, speak with Think Higher about whether the existing arrangements fit your circumstances. The extension does not automatically make anyone eligible for a visa.

From refusal to reconsideration. ✅

A 16-year-old offshore student’s Subclass 500 visa application was refused, but our team identified an issue in the decision and continued communicating with the Department for around one month.

The result? The Department agreed to reconsider the original application, and the case is now back under assessment.
