• Cantonment Board Office

Certificate can be got from Karachi, Lahore, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Hyderabad, and Peshawar
For people living in small cities, TMA offices are the issuing authorities. Islamabad residents can get their marriage certificates from the Arbitration Council office.
